Useful before impressive
A resource earns its place by helping someone do the work—not merely by looking polished.
02 / Why this exists
The kind of help we went looking for ourselves.
Ministry Made is a labor of love: practical resources shaped by real ministry experience and a desire to help people understand the Lord Jesus Christ according to the truth of the Holy Bible.
Jason Hensley / Executive PastorMeet Jason
Built from inside the local church.
My name is Jason Hensley. I currently serve as an executive pastor in the local church, but my ministry story began in kids ministry. I have spent 17 years in ministry, including five years serving in full-time, paid vocational ministry.
I started Ministry Made out of a love for Jesus’ church and a desire to equip the equippers—the pastors and ministry leaders who spend their lives helping others know and follow Christ. It is the home for resources I wish I had earlier and for new tools shaped by needs I still encounter in real church work.
Philosophically, everything here flows from a high reverence for the Scriptures. The tools may be modern and the presentation may have some fun, but the foundation is not up for reinvention: God’s Word is true, authoritative, and sufficient for the life and work of ministry.
What guides the work
Three things we refuse to lose.
Generous by default
The work begins free because the first goal is to help, not to create another barrier.
Old truth, current tools
Modern craft and technology are welcome here. Scripture remains the foundation beneath them.
